| A new technique of constructing the deformation hardening curve approximated by a three-parametrical function based on test results for cave-in of three indentors with various corners at top is presented. The technique allows investigating metal materials with a pronounced yield stress. The technique has been tested in laboratory and field conditions and is adapted for a portable hardness-testing machine. |
