| Models of elastic and acoustic media are studied. To analyze problems of rigid body-acoustic media contact, a system of boundary integral equations is constructed. A benchmark problem is used to illustrate the potential of using the boundary- element method for obtaining solutions of acoustic problems that have analytical solutions. Examples of numerically analyzing benchmark and applied problems are given. The boundary-element solutions are compared with the finite-element analyses. |
