The transversally accreted plates are characterized by the continuous adherence of material particles to its facial surface. Since the plate bends during the accretion, its stressed-strained state depends not only on loading, but also on the history of the process of accretion, i.e. the schedule of accretion. A schedule of elementary type, when during every infinitesimal time interval the particles of adhered material constitute the layer of constant infinitesimal thickness, is considered. The equations of motion in terms of displacements and in terms or velocities are derived. The corresponding boundary value problems are considered.
