| For the first time during the 150 years of mathematical investigation of the multi-leaf spring classical model (the stack of beams), a high-precision numerical method for solving the occurring contact problem is proposed. This method gives a series of new leaf contact patterns that are rather unexpected from the standpoint of the conventional methods. |
