| A specific law of shell deformation in the process of the loss-of-stability has been disclosed. The stability theory, which perfectly corresponds to the experimental data has been constructed for shells with a random anisotropy of material Melastic properties. A method for accounting for nonelastic properties of the shell material has been proposed in the frame of the constructed theory. |
