Abstract
Results of computer simulation of deformation and fracture of ceramic materials on the meso-scale level under dynamic loading are presented. The method of theoretical prediction of the effective modules of elasticity of ceramic materials with a porous structure without using the hypotheses concerning relation of modules with porosity is presented. It is shown the porous structure impedes the formation of a fracture wave in ceramics.
