Experimental data for rigid and quasi-rigid body during high-speed impact with the velocities of up to 600 m/s are registered as deceleration history (negative acceleration as a function of time) with help of piezoelectric accelerometry. Dynamic mechanical properties of materials are determined, and the cases of impact into soil mediums and targets of aluminum alloys and steel are tested. |
