A plane problem of the type of Lamb for the asymmetric properties of a solid elastic medium is described. Unsteady surface pressure in the form of the product of Dirac delta function of the spatial coordinate and time is applied on the boundary of the half-plane. The general case of the Cosserat model in which the elastic displacement vector is not associated with pseudo vector micro rotation, is used to describe the motion. A joint integral Fourier - Laplace transform is used to find the solutions. An algorithm for joint treatment based on analytical representations of the transforms is used to construct the originals.
