Abstract
The reliability, as a function of the number of cycles, is determined by the probability of belonging of primary defect parameters to the region of acceptable values. The initial parameters of defects are considered as independent random variables. Their laws of probability distribution are determined using the data of nondestructive testing. The boundary of the region is characterized by a set of valid values of the parameters of the defects, corresponding to the condition of their release to the boundary limit values for a given number of cycles.
