A version of the theory of thin micropolar solids with two small dimensions is introduced. Using the example of a rectangular two-dimensional region, comparison between the solutions using the present theory, finite element method solutions and Bernoulli - Euler solutions is made. Solutions of the classical elasticity theory and micropolar elasticity theory are also compared. |
