A possibility of using the kinetic equations of creep and damageability in the power form for the description of creep process up to the beginning of failure with monotonous and non-monotonous dependence of the value of the specific dissipation power at the moment of failure on the tension kind is experimentally and theoretically proved. A unified technique of determining the parameters of the functional dependences in the kinetic equations with scalar damage parameter, assigned normalized specific work of dissipation is given. The adequacy of the models is experimentally verified.
