| A technique for investigating parametrical transverse vibrations of ship shaft lines is developed. In contrast to the known methods the interaction between the shaft line and the long shaft line bearings and stern tube bearing wear are accounted for. The shaft oscillations are described by differential equations with variable boundaries, analyzed using a computer with a special program. An experimental setup is designed and constructed. |
