New problems of plastic forming at creep of transversely isotropic three-dimensional bodies are considered. In addition to the sought fields, boundary condition and ingoing sizes have also to be determined on the basis of the given shape in these problems. Experimental justification is given to the proposed constitutive equations of steady creep for transversely isotropic materials with different characteristics under tension and compression. The problem of control of boundary conditions and body ingoing sizes to decrease the discrepancy in residual displacement and creep damage is formulated and investigated.
