The processes of localization of nonlinear wave solutions of coupled nonlinear equations are studied analytically and numerically. These equations account for dynamic processes in complex crystalline lattices, in particular, nucleation of defects in the structure. It is shown that the interaction of the fields of macro-strains and relative inter-atomic displacements leads to variations in the relative displacements including the change of the sign of the amplitude and the direction of propagation of the localized wave of relative displacement describing various structural variations in the lattice.
