Abstract
Parameters of statistical laws of field distribution of micro- and sub-microdeformations of a ma-terial with a cubic lattice in samples under uniaxial tension up to the residual plastic deformations of 6 and 10% are determined. Components of the tensor of plastic deformations and their statistics are determined for bulks of grains and in a plane of a number of separate grains. The intensity of the main micro- and sub-microdeformations is calculated. Using applicates of nor-malized autocorrelation functions, the level of functional relation between deformations of sepa-rate bulks in the material grains is estimated. One-dimensional and two-point distribution laws of micro- and sub-microdeformations are constructed. Indicators of the stressed-strained states of elements of structure (grains) of a polycrystalline are determined.
