Abstract
A system of laws of mass and total momentum conservation for the equations of shallow water on a rotating attracting sphere is derived. Based on an explicit two-layer in time difference scheme, the evolution of two-dimensional non-stationary discontinuous waves on a rotating attracting sphere is numerically modeled.
