Abstract
Ceramic material in the LaB6-SiC-W2B5 system for extreme operating conditions has been obtained by pressureless sintering. Its relative density is 97%. The bending strength temperature dependence has been found. Basic physical- mechanical properties of LaB6-SiC-W2B5 material specimens have been determined.
