The superplastic forming of a VT6 titanium alloy nanostructured sheet in the temperature and strain rate intervals 550––650?C and 2?10-4 – 2?10-2 s-1, respectively, has been investigated by the forced forming method. The temperature and strain rate have been shown to significantly affect the polythickness of the formed hemispheres. In polythickness terms, theoptimal deformation conditions have been determined. The mechanical properties of the hemisphere material after super-plastic forming and low-temperature annealing have been studied.
