In this paper, we consider some problems of the reflection of the relations between various groups of business- men and state power in the pamphlets published in the late 17th and early 18th centuries. The pamphlets written by anonymous or little-known authors are studied. The acknowledgment of state leadership in the economy of England by many pamphleteers is traced. |
