| The problem of miniaturization of some high-frequency devices is considered. Some options for circuit-design, struc- tural and technological implementation of micro-miniature devices are proposed and some prospects for further develop- ment in this field are discussed. We also present the device parameters calculated on the basis of the theoretical models whose validity has been confirmed experimentally. |
