| Currently, there is no system in the Russian Federation to assess the indicators of correlation between the personnel qualification at public catering enterprises and the number/structure of violations. The author has made an attempt to show the interrelation between the personnel qualification and violations. In conclusion, a scheme is presented to illu- strate the essence of using the indicators for assessment of personnel qualification. |
