Abstract
The article contains the results of an empirical research of hidden value conflicts of personnel, which are a con- straining factor for enterprises’ transition to innovative development. The possibility for analysis of value-role readiness of different categories of personnel to work in the conditions of innovation with the use of indicators of value conflicts is considered. Directions and prospects for managers’ work to overcome value conflicts are identified.
