Abstract
The number of invariant lines incident to a particular system equilibrium has been found not to exceed n for the autonomous system of two differential equations with coprime polynomials of degree n in the right parts and degenerate infinity. For the same system under the additional assumption, an upper limit of the total number of invariant lines: 2 n +1 or 2 n , for n even or odd, respectively, has been obtained.
