Abstract
The phenomenon of reflection is examined as an object of scientific and psychological study. The author imposes certain limits on the terminological field of the reflection phenomenon. In the context of this phenomenon, a hierarchy of interrelated concepts of self-introspection, retrospection, self-awareness, self-monitoring, self-regulation is considered.
