Abstract
The use of an auxiliary solenoid control element in a gyrotron phase locked loop (PLL) system is considered. The PLL model is studied taking into account the additional inertia introduced into the control circuit by the solenoid inductance. The stability domain is calculated. An estimate is given of the inductance value to be used in a new experiment.
