Abstract
Recombinant immunotoxin based on Pseudomonas exotoxin A fragment and antibody 4D5scFv specific to ErbB2 receptor has been expressed and purified. The immunotoxin has been shown to save the affinity of 4D5scFv for ErbB2 in the fusion protein. The cytotoxicity of the immunotoxin was estimated using cell lines expressing different levels of ErbB2. The results obtained testify to high specificity and efficacy of the immunotoxin against ErbB2-positive cancer cell lines.
