| The article examines the role of small business in the Russian economy. We consider the sectoral structure and innovative activity of small enterprises, some problems related to the formation of the management system of small enterprises, and professional characteristics of managerial personnel. Particular emphasis is placed on small enterprises in the sphere of material production. We identify some problems that such enterprises are facing in the organization of their work and propose some solutions to these problems. |
