| This article examines the state of elaboration of the problem of regularities of law in the Russian legal theory. Some positive moments are assessed; however, overall the studies of this subject by Soviet and modern Russian scholars of law are inconsistent and contradictory. We propose a methodology for determining regularities of law based on the philosophical approach. |
