| The architecture of the modern system of international relations is changing rapidly. We witness a shift of political, economic, military and technological activity towards the East and South-East Asia. This increases the role of unresolved conflicts and promotes their escalation, thereby creating a precedent of using such conflicts as a means for manipulating the key actors of modern politics. The clash of interests of China and the United States in South-East Asia makes the problem of «two Chinas» more topical and requires its solution in the short term. The authors propose their own approach to forecasting the development of situations based on mathematical modeling. |
