The article presents an analysis of the management training program in the framework of the Presidential program for 15 years since the commencement of its implementation. We consider the network features of this program and examine the principal models of its implementation. Its effectiveness is estimated from the point of view of fulfilling the task of preparing a new generation of managers capable of making effective management decisions. The empirical basis includes the data on the quality of training obtained in the course of the monitoring. The results of the study may be used by heads of organizations when deciding on professional retraining of managers of different levels.
