The problem of achieving complex coordination in the interaction of subjects on the basis of a reflexive mechanism is considered. The logic of scientific search in revealing the phenomenon of reflection is presented. The potential of the development of reflexive control in solving problems in different areas of knowledge is demonstrated. Drawing on the studies of the dynamics of group processes and the analysis of reflexive control in social structures, we present the mechanism of reflection in the interaction of social actors. The role of the integration of reflective assessments of interaction partners in achieving complex coordination of actions of interaction subjects is defined.
