Abstract
Spin-torque nano-oscillators are promising devices for various branches of industry, where nanoscale ultra high frequency generators are needed. However, low power and high phase noise require the development of synchronization methods for such nano-oscillators. An algorithm is proposed for coherent power addition in the chain of nano-oscillators. The results of numerical simulations to support the algorithm are presented.
