We study the effect of light conversion by particles moving with acceleration, which follows from the Ritz ballistic theory. Predicted conversion effects of wavelength, pulse duration and harmonic generation are compared with the results of cosmic observations and laboratory experiments on synchrotron radiation and attosecond pulses. Experimental setup schemes are proposed to verify the Ritz effect, transformation of spectrum and power of laser pulses. |
