The effect of foliar treatment with microelements and salicylic acid is studied on plant stress tolerance under lasting hyperthermia. Microelement treatment has been found to inhibit oxidative processes in the lipid fraction of cell membranes and enhance the accumulation of proline under conditions of chronic hyperthermia whereas salicylic acid reinforced protecting action of microelements. |
