Abstract
We study numerical modeling of elasto-viscoplastic deformation processes under tensile stress of hat-shaped specimens by direct impact method in the axisymmetric and one-dimensional formulations. The accuracy of reconstruction of forces, displacements and velocities of displacement in the hat-shaped specimens, obtained on the basis of the one-dimensional model, is evaluated.
