We have considered the dynamics of heart rate variability in relation to the level of emotional stress during the daylight hours in healthy subjects. It has been found that LF value varies periodically during daylight hours. The LF/HF ratio, which rises in a state of stable emotional “distress”, is associated with the level of emotional maladjustment. The obtained data may be used as a starting point for further research in clinical settings. |
