The article deals with the description of the types of implicit information in debatable texts and with the analysis of the ways for its detection. Two main types of implicit information - presuppositions and inferences - are examined. Some features of manipulative modes of negative information input into the discourse, which are related to incorrect usage of presuppositional and implicational elements of sense, are analyzed. |
