| A rationale is presented for the innovative role of the “property needs” category for the civil doctrine. According to the author, the principle of full security and protection of the property needs of the citizens manifests itself in real life in the form of civil remedies. The author’s approach to the definition of "property needs" and "civil remedies" is presented. The importance of the category of "property needs" for the development of the civil doctrine is noted. |
