| In the context of the discussion of the draft Law "On the principles of social services in the Russian Federation", a fundamentally new approach proposed by the legislator to regulate the relations in the provision of social services is considered. It is proved that the proposed model for the mechanism of legal regulation should be regarded as an innovative legal structure of relations for providing social services. |
