The article examines the implementation of a systematically structured process of psychological interaction between an investigator and a minor during interrogation. The levels of psychological interaction (procedural, role, subject-to-subject) are identified. We show the expediency of interaction during the interrogation of a minor at two stages (assessing the minor's individuality and taking into account the individual's features). |
