The paper examines legal relations arising in connection with the implementation of foreign trade contracts. Practical performance of the contract can always become much more onerous due to changed circumstances resulting from causes beyond the control of the parties to the contract that cannot be reasonably foreseen at the stage of its conclusion. The problem of changes in circumstances after the contract was made has a universal significance, since it affects almost any type of contract. |
