| In this article, extremism is considered as a criminal phenomenon. The types of extremism are specified. An analysis is given of the religious and political extremism as the most dangerous criminal phenomenon for society. Some examples are given and the characteristics of religious and political extremism are presented. Some measures to counter extremist activities are proposed. |
