| A comparative analysis of the terms and concepts used in the Constitution of the Russian Federation and the Code of Criminal Procedure is given. In particular, the relationship is shown between such categories as human rights and civil rights, the rights and freedoms of an individual, restriction and violation of rights. The difference in their use at the legislative level is demonstrated. Some measures are proposed to harmonize the terminology. |
