| This article examines the changes in the state registration of title for real estate that occurred after the adoption of Federal Law No.379-FZ of 21.12.2013. The author carries out a comparative legal analysis of the effectiveness of the implementation of the notarial form of a purchase/sale contract for real estate. Based on this study, the author identifies some theoretical and practical problems of introducing mandatory certification of real estate transactions by a notary. |
