| The content of the notion of privatization of agricultural land is interpreted. A rationale is provided for the approaches of federal and regional legislators to the process of transferring land plots owned by the state and municipal authorities into ownership of land users and land owners. Some proposals are made on amending and supplementing the existing provisions of the Federal Law "On Agricultural Land Transactions". |
