| This article considers the impact of the amendments to the Civil Code of the Russian Federation that will come into force on 01.10.2014 on the relations in the sphere of collective copyright management. The author proposes further amendments of copyright legislation to be made in order to improve the balance between the interests protected by open licensing, on the one hand, and collective copyright management, on the other hand. |
