| Legal regulation of mediation was first introduced in the Russian legal system in 2010. The current Federal Law "On Enforcement Proceedings" does not envisage the use of mediation procedure at the stage of enforcement proceedings. In some European countries, however, mediation is actively used at this stage of the civil procedure. The authors consider the advisability of introducing mediation in the enforcement proceedings in the Russian Federation. |
