| We consider some problems concerning the determination of the sequence of criminal legal institutions in the General part of codified criminal law. The experience of application of criminal law provisions located in present-day sequence in the current Criminal Code of the Russian Federation allows us to pose the question of expediency of reconstruction of a number of criminal justice institutions. |
