| Currently, there is no single view in legal theory and practice regarding intermediary contracts and there is no criterion for attribution of civil contracts to the above-mentioned group. The author proposes to distinguish intermediary contracts on the basis of whether the contract implies the transfer of the authority to do legally significant acts. |
