| The article examines some peculiarities of the functioning of the myth of Orpheus in the post-modern novel byRushdie «The Ground Beneath Her Feet». The author addresses the issue of the novel's main motives: the motive of music and the motive of love, through the prism of which the nature of creative work, the artist's psychology and his role in modern society are analysed. |
